血潮 literally means blood circulating within the body.

　Ooini sake ni you koto. Meitei.
― "Affected by drinking too much alcohol. Drunkenness,"

●辞書というのは「せ」で始まる言葉が真ん中にくるとバランスが良いと言われています。
