Hi aomrsk! Thanks again for interesting comments. I finally found out what did Chiya mean saying "green juice". This aojiru must really have terrible taste :-) I have two more questions regarding this episode:
ReplyDelete1) At about 17:26 (drunken) Cocoa says something about rosary. What exactly does she mean? Is she talking about rose garden, or the beads, or something connected to catholic church?
2) At 21:24 Chiya says something about Shyaro and Rize. I understood that she's happy about their relationships, but what exactly does she say?
Thanks in advance!
Hi Whiskered Nya, thanks a lot for commenting, too. Glad you found it interesting.
ReplyDeleteTo answer your good questions:
1) Cocoa is talking about the beads. Perhaps this is because we Japanese often associate a preppy school with a missionary school.
2) Chiya means that the respectful relationship between senior and junior at school is more comfortable for them than too-friendly relationship, I think.
Hope this helps!
Yes, very helpful, thanks! Looks like I mistranslated both times, but thanks to you now I was able to correct my errors.
