It's a Japanese-English word, which means to conflict with other schedule.

●今日は皆にミナフェスの抱負を聞きたいと思います。
 Kyou ha minna ni Minafes no houfu wo kikitai to omoimasu
― Today, let's hear everyone's thoughts about Minafest!

抱負: hopes, plan, ambition

●準備に抜かりはない、後はやるだけだ!
 Junbi ni nukari ha nai ato ha yaru dake da
― We've taken no shortcuts in our preparations, so all that's left is to do it!

― Excited.

The mimetic slang is usually written as "wktk," which stands for "胸がワクワク、肌がテカテカする (mune ga wakuwaku hada ga tekateka suru)," and expresses expectation.
