●だったら委員会には(仮)とか付けておいた方がいいね。
　Dattara iinkai niwa kakko kari toka tsukete oita hou ga ii ne
― Then you should put "proposed"  in parentheses.

●すでに決まってるような言い方すると何かと角が立つから。
　Sudeni kimatteru youna iikata suruto nanikato kado ga tatsu kara
― It could get a bit thorny if it sounds like it's already been decided.

●これじゃあ市中引き回しじゃろが。
　Kore jaa shichuu hikimawashi jaro ga
― It's like being in the stocks.

●古い祠があったはずじゃが。

― You little ingrate.

Literally: radish actor
Meaning: poor actor

●犬は入歯が取れてしまいました！
　Inu wa ireba ga toreteshimaimashita
― The dog's dentures came loose!

●ホウ酸団子を置くようになってから見かけなくなりました。
　housan dango wo okuyouni natte kara mikakenaku narimashita
