The expression means "How do you feel about that?", "I'd like to raise a question about that", and "I don't recommend that."

引き立て役: foil, setoff

気張る(kibaru):
  1. strain oneself while holding one's breath
  2. go heart and soul into, make a strenuous effort to
  3. show off, or spend money generously

― To me, it just looks like a B-movie.

バック + 転回 ⇒ バク転(bakuten): back handspring
バック + 宙返り ⇒ バク宙(bakuchuu): back somersault

[FYI]
"□□+音痴" means "no sense of ~."
  • 方向音痴(houkou onchi): no sense of direction
  • 運動音痴(undou onchi): poor sports ability, nonathletic
