 Kyou wa kiritanpo-nabe daccha
― Today is toasted dumpling hot pot.
Kiritanpo (きりたんぽ) is a Japanese dish particularly in Akita Prefecture. Freshly cooked rice is pounded until somewhat mashed, then formed into cylinders around Japanese cedarskewers, and toasted over an open hearth. ― The "toast" part sounds like "warm and toasty!"

湯たんぽ: hot water bottle

●たんぽが同じってだけだろ。家を担保に入れる。
 "Tanpo" ga onaji tte dake daro. Ie wo tanpo ni ireru
― "Toast" doesn't necessarily imply that. It can also mean "doomed."

家を担保に入れる: to put one's house in pledge

●バレーボールってさ日本語だと排球って言うんだよな。

― In Japanese, volleyball is called haikyu.
