Second swimsuit episode.
Despite a cultural fest, it is rare not to deal with a maid cafe.

There are old-style month names.
They are sometimes used in people's names.

― I can't show all these people what's beyond this pareo!

 Fuuki iinkai no yakisoba
― Public Morality Committee's Yakisoba

Stir-fried soba noodles are staple of food stall for a festival.

不本意ではあったけれど求める声があるのなら、むげに断る理由もなくてよ。
 Fuhoni de ha atta keredo motomeru koe ga aru no nara muge ni kotowaru riyuu mo nakute yo
― I didn't really care for the idea, but if there is a demand for it, there's really no reason to decline.

不本意: reluctance, unwillingness
むげに: out of hand

せっかくの学園祭なんだから。
 Sekkaku no gakuensai nan dakara
― It is the cultural festival, after all.

― To think the ever so serious Mittan would do this...

― Kaguya, how are you wearing such a skimpy swimsuit?

― Er... you know, how are you keeping things in down there?

●ひめ兄、まさか直ばき
 Hime-nii masaka jikabaki
― Hime-nii, do you have nothing on?

直ばき: wearing next to the skin

 Arikawa Hime-kun sutemi no mou api-ru desu

捨て身の: at the risk of one's life, desperate
