"イチコロ" is short for "一撃でころりと倒れる(ichigeki de korori to taoreru)".
It means one-hit knockout.

●それになるちゃん、たみちゃんのムチムチした太ももなんて堪らないわ！
　Sore ni Naru-chan Tami-chan no muchimuchi shita futomomo nante tamaranai wa
― And Naru-chan and Tami-chan's soft, plump thighs... irresistible!

●女子中学生の魅力で観客の心をわしづかみよ！
　Joshichuugakusei no miryoku de kankyaku no kokoro wo washidukami yo
― Caputure the audience's hearts with your middle school girl charm.

　Shiku-shiku Shiku-shiku

The mimetic word "しくしく" means not only "sob" but also "dull and gripping pain."

鈍る: become weak, blunt

― You both do seem like the type to have poor fuel efficiency.

　Tsu tsukkomanai desu yo
― I-I'm not gonna comment on that...

●やっぱり女の子だし、ムキムキよりふかふかの方が絶対可愛いもん。
　Yappari onna no ko dashi mukimuki yori fukafuka no hou ga zettai kawaii mon
― I'm a girl, and soft thighs are cuter than firm.

ムキムキ: yoked

　Mou wan-setto fukkin to udetatefuse yarou kana
― I think I'll do another set of push-ups and sit-ups.

●スリーサイズも変わってないような。
　Three-size mo kawatte nai youna
― My measurements haven't changed, either.

"スリーサイズ" is a Japanese-English word.

●まぁ、ちょっとはマシになったかも。
　Maa chotto ha mashi ni natta kamo
― Well, I guess it's getting there.

何だかんだ言って: no matter what someone says, anyway

●イベントっていうからもっとバンドとかダンスとかお洒落なのだと思ったのに～。

― I was expecting it to be classier, with bands and dancing and stuff.

●とりあえずそろそろ控室に行って着替えない？

　Machi-chan ga Sally-sensei no sister-chan dayo
― Machi-chan is Sally-sensei's sister-chan.

●同じ常盤って名字でしょ？

― They have the same last name, Tokiwa, right?
