"イチコロ" is short for "一撃でころりと倒れる(ichigeki de korori to taoreru)".
It means one-hit knockout.

Sore ni Naru-chan Tami-chan no muchimuchi shita futomomo nante tamaranai wa
― And Naru-chan and Tami-chan's soft, plump thighs... irresistible!

Shiku-shiku Shiku-shiku

The mimetic word "しくしく" means not only "sob" but also "dull and gripping pain."
