In historical dramas, there is a standard scene where a bad guy such as 悪代官(akudaikan: corrupt bailiff) pulls out 帯(obi: outer belt of a kimono) from a girl, letting her roll.
At the scene, they say, "よいではないか(Yoi deha nai ka: Why not?)","あーれー(A-re-: Oh no)".
